Conduit financing of $250 million of real estate for a San Diego corporation
Acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, and construction of major office, hotel, industrial buildings, and retail shopping centers
Representation of a special committee of the board of directors in public company tender offer
Merger of a regional specialty group of physicians into an integrated provider group
Representation of professional corporations and partnerships

Education

Mr. Dorne received his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois in 1969 and he holds a master's degree from the London School of Economics. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Boston University in 1973.
