Mr. Hervey earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley in 2012. He then earned his Juris Doctor and L.L.M. in Tax at the University of San Diego School of Law in 2021.

Mr. Hervey joined the business team at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek first as a law clerk in 2021 and then as an associate attorney in 2022.
