Ms. Devine is Of Counsel with Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek. She is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Devine has assisted multiple generations in their family estate planning matters and provides guidance and counsel to clients in this specialized area of law. She finds her work personally satisfying as she helps clients work through and solve difficult problems connected with the administration of the estate or trust after one’s passing.
Ms. Devine attended the Hastings College of Law at the University of California, San Francisco where she earned her Juris Doctor in 1996. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles which she obtained in 1993. Ms. Devine also received her L.L.M. in Taxation, with honors, from the University of San Diego in 2004.
Prior to joining the Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek, Ms. Devine was an attorney with The Muns Law Firm in San Diego.
Michele lives in North County San Diego with her husband, Joe, and their two children. She enjoys family time, golf, snow skiing, wake surfing in Idaho and walking their dog.
