Andrea Myers Featured in Ranch & Coast Magazine
SCMV Shareholder and trial attorney Andrea Myers was recently featured in an article published in Ranch & Coast Magazine highlighting her involvement with The Junior League of San Diego (JLSD). The article, entitled “A Mother of Charities,” included Andrea’s first-hand experience of being this year’s JLSD president in the throes of a pandemic.
In addition to her Board responsibilities, Andrea led the organization’s efforts to fund the renovation of its historic headquarters in Banker’s Hill. She also spearheaded a diaper bank, securing more than 20,000 diapers, to help support those in need during the COVID-19 crisis.
According to Andrea, “The role of a Junior League Woman has never been more important, and we’re going to pivot and do what we can to help the community during these tough times.”
Andrea has been a member of JLSD since 2010 and has served in several leadership roles, including the Fund Development director and chair of the Nominating Committee.
