Celebrating 70 years!
70 years is a milestone for our firm, and our first order of business is to thank you - our clients, friends and colleagues for making this celebration possible.
Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek began our commitment to service in 1948, when Norman Seltzer and Ben Rubin launched their San Diego real estate and land use practice. Over the years, our firm expanded to a full-service law firm with nearly 50 attorneys representing clients in such areas as litigation to business law, tax, estate planning, family law, intellectual property, land use, cross-border law and, most recently, cyber planning.
As we've grown our core principles have remained constant. The first is our commitment to serving clients with respect and integrity. We value our relationships and treat them accordingly. To our clients, we offer a high level of legal expertise while communicating effectively and crafting a legal strategy tailored to each unique need and circumstance. We also invest in the tools, resources and technology necessary to execute those strategies.
A second core principle is our commitment to community service. While our client base has expanded to include national and international businesses, our pride in our San Diego heritage continues to be reflected in service and support of many organizations representing social service, art and professional advancement organizations.
Our commitment to service will continue to flourish, together with the professional and personal relationships that are the essence of our existence.
Thank you and onward to the next 70 years!
