Dan Eaton and Andrea Myers Named Among SD500
SCMV Shareholders Dan Eaton and Andrea Myers were included in the 2020 edition of the San Diego Business Journal’s SD500, an annual list recognizing 500 of the most influential leaders in San Diego. Members of the SD500 were selected by the publication’s newsroom on editorial merit, as well as feedback from industry experts.
Dan and Andrea’s profiles were featured in the professional services category of the SD500 special edition and highlighted their litigation practices and other professional accomplishments.
A member of SCMV’s Litigation practice group and leader of the firm’s Employment Law practice, Dan focuses on defending and advising clients on a broad range of employment issues. He has written and spoken extensively on employment law, business and legal ethics, and other legal topics throughout much of his career, often appearing in local print and broadcast media as a legal analyst. Additionally, Dan teaches employment law for managers and business ethics at the San Diego State University Fowler College of Business.
Also a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group, Andrea represents individuals and companies in complex business and real estate disputes, trust administration and real property claims. This past year, she successfully defended several multi-million-dollar disputes involving business torts, real property claims and trust administrations. Passionate about philanthropy, Andrea is active in the Junior League of San Diego, the San Diego Bowl Game Association’s “Red Coat” Committee and Urban Discovery Academy’s Board of Directors.
