Matthew Douglas Joins Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek
SCMV is pleased to announce that Matthew C. Douglas has joined the firm as an associate.
Matt joins the firm’s Business Department, and his practice will focus on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance with securities laws and general business matters.
Prior to joining SCMV, Matt was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Los Angeles. Early in his career, Matt also practiced business law in Sacramento.

Matt received his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and holds an LL.M. in business and international law from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University. Matt was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007.
