Ricardo Arias Authors Article in California International Law Journal
SCMV Associate Ricardo Arias’ article on Mexico’s Anti-Corruption Law has been published in the California International Law Journal of the California Lawyers Association. In the article, Ricardo looks at the laws and reforms Mexico has made in recent years to create the National Anticorruption System (Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción, or “SNA”). Companies doing business in Mexico must be compliant with these laws or face harsh penalties. Ricardo advises companies either conducting or thinking of doing business in Mexico to work with a team of professionals who have a strong understanding of navigating the complexities of compliance.
