Scott Williams addresses legal hurdles facing Brigg’s Initiative for new Charger’s stadium
Our Administrative Land Use & Environmental Law shareholder Scott Williams was recently interviewed by KUSI News concerning his analysis of the so-called “Citizen’s Initiative” proposed for the November 2016 ballot. The Citizen’s Initiative has been proposed as a means to fund a downtown stadium and convention center expansion as well as redevelop the Qualcomm Stadium site, among other things. Scott explained how the initiative is vulnerable to legal challenge.
